This is not a new bug but you said it was related toBug 256282 depends on bug
252920, which changed state.

Bug 256282 clicking on a link moves the text above

is still the bug to watch, it is still open, and should it have been closed, you
can reopen it, if you still see the bug with a current browser.
This bug needs a minimal testcase, to be confirmed, or duped to another open one.
I also still see that bug.
