User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 When I attempt to import from Outlook's "contacts" to Mozilla's "address book," using the import wizard, the Mozilla program suddenly crashes. A Windows error message appears and said mozilla.exe has suffered a serious error and must shut down. The import progress bar never goes beyond approx. 5% before shutting down. The folder "contacts" appears in the program but none of the "cards" are in folder. What should I do? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Mozilla mail. Click on tools, import, address book, and outlook. (click next after each step.) 2. At this point the import starts, but never finishes due to the crash of the entire Mozilla program (including the browser). Actual Results: Mozilla shut down completely and no contacts were imported Expected Results: The entire list of contacts from Outlook should have appeared in my Mozilla address book. unknown
just2004: Could you provide TalkBack incident ID of your crash?
