If I have an addressbook record with only the name, and postal address.  The
Write, and IM links (as well as right click menu's) still appear.

They should be greyed out unless the appropriate data is there (write = email
address, IM = Screenname).

This is virtually the same as bug 37922, so I'm adding a dependency on it and try & remember to review this when it gets fixed.
