When I save a draft, I want it to go to my Local Folders Draft folder.  So I set
up that setting in the "copies & folders" options.  My other identity for the
same account doesn't get this setting though, and it tried to save to the IMAP
drafts directory.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an identity for an account
2. Change the draft folder setting for that account
3. Try saving drafts using either identity for that account.


Actual Results:  
One works as expected, the other doesn't.

Expected Results:  
They should both save the draft to the folder set in the "copies & folders" setting.
