When middle clicking a URL in the location bar drop down the page is opened in
the current tab. I expected that it would be opened in a new tab which would
have been consitant with middle clicking bookmarks, links, etc.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click the drop down arrow on the location bar.
2. Middle click a URL.

Actual Results:
Opened the URL in the current tab.

Expected Results:
Opened the URL in a new tab.
