When a web button is pushed and the mouse button is released outside the web
view, the button resumes pushed appearance when hovered, even though the mouse
button is released

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Push a button
2. Release the mouse button outside the web view
3. Hover the button

Actual Results:  
The button resumes pushed appearance.

Expected Results:  
It shouldn't.
