User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3 during the installer there is no option to import the settings/bookmarks etc from more than one browser. EG, you cannot import the settings from both Firefox 8.0 and IE 6.0. The question gives radio boxes instead of checkboxes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.On windows run the installer 2.get to the step which asks which settings/bookmarks you want to import 3.notice the readio buttons. Actual Results: firefox only imported the settings/bookmarks from the selected browser. Expected Results: Given the choice to select more than one browser and import the bookmarks from all of the browser checked, it should also check if one bookmark is not inserted more than once (see the url).
If you do multiple imports by using File -> Import... does it work as expected (are all settings correctly imported)? If so, then it's just a matter of putting checkboxes instead of radio buttons and running the import process multiple times contiguously.

Yes it works as expected when you run the normal file->import commands, i just think there should be an option for people upgrading from lets say firefox 0.8 or 0.9 to a newer version to both import their old firefox settings and maybe if they want also sync their new IE6 bookmarks. Since there will be a growing number of people still using IE next to firefox and since firefox still needs to be updates once i a while i think this option is needed.

This is general will be problematic and prone to bad side-effects (combinations of prefs, cookies, etc, and stale data in one or more profiles). It can be done, but it doesn't seem like the type of UI that'd be of use to the vast majority of users.
