Details

Background images are not displayed any more in the UI there is only black where
the bg image should be.

Example:
The blue UI background image around the url bar is gone. Black is in it's place.

This is a brand new problem.
This is a fresh build.

This is not a layout problem, and there's no URL but it sounds like the 
complaint is about mozilla.exe

it is hard to tell what this bug is referring to but I think this is a dup of
