Im not certain if the current implementation does this but i have never seen my
votes for bugs carry over to the new uber bug. I would like to suggest migrating
all votes for a bug to the new bug when a bug is marked as a duplicate. If the
bug is identical enough to be marked as a dupe i assume it is also identical
enough to carry trhe weight of the users whoe voted for it in the first place.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Vote for a bug
2. Mark that bug as a dupe of another bug
3.

Actual Results:  
No new votes for super bug.

Expected Results:  
votes carry over
