Currently, third-party javascript such as <script
src="http://annoying.ads.com/setcookie.js"> always gets executed, although it is
obviously a bigger threat to privacy than third-party cookies. Therefore, it
would be nice to have an option to have it disabled (anyway, 99% of it is used
to push more ads), or possibly another option to allow it from the same
top-level domain (similar to cookies), so that sports.about.com can freely use
includes from script.about.com but not from more.ads.com
