At the page http://www.40kzone.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=291&start=15, the
"meh" text should be in a type of "glow" effect. (Attempt visiting the page in
IE to get the desired result), in Firefox, there is no glow at all.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://www.40kzone.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=291&start=15
2. Notice the lack of glow on the various "meh" in the forum posts.
3.
Actual Results:
Firefox failed to show a glow effect on the "meh" text in the forum posts.
Expected Results:
A glow effect should have been applied to the forum posts, also the glow effect
can have different intensity and/or color.

Glow is an IE proprietary CSS property. It's not part of the CSS standard and
Mozilla does not support it.
