Details
On the main netscape page, those icons that look like Mozilla's icons, the onMouseOver does not work. It does work in Netscape 4.7. Assuming this is a Javascript bug.

DUP of bug 9140. The mouseover effect is done by placing an onMouseover event handler on the AREA element of the client-side image map used. Currently, we don't create AREA element content and can't fire events for them. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 9140 ***
