Details

Launching Moz M13 for the first time on a virgin system, the Create new profile 
Manager spans defaulted to displaying in the middle of the Mac 'screen', putting 
itself across the break between multiple monitors.  It would probably be better 
to put the box in the middle of the main screen instead.
sounds like this is related to the weird window positioning problems we're 
having...
