Linux users and XP users with large fonts enabled will have their "Get More Extensions" link cut off in the Extension Manager window. We should make that row wrap or make the default window about 5-10 ems wider.
see also itsayellow's comments at http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback.html?article=5264#50 Resizing the EM window too narrow and we lose the vertical scrollbar and the resize grippy.

Bug 307654 increased the default width of the EM ui to accommodate the additional text in the update button and also fixed the disappearing scrollbar issue when the window was made smaller than the width of the items below the extension list. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 307654 ***
