258087 - thunderbird does not properly quote replies when reading or composing messages to/from hotmail users

When sending messages back and forth between hotmail users the previous quoted
messages are not properly displayed.  The reasoning for this, I'm quite certain,
is that hotmail sends its quotes back with '>' as opposed to '> ' in the text
which is probably what Thunderbird is looking for.

The same issues comes into play when replying to a message from hotmail that
contains multiple quoted messages.  The original message is quoted correctly,
but all of the additional quoted messages in there are not properly displayed.

By "properly displayed" I mean it is one giant grouping of text without the
normal fancy displaying that Thunderbird does.

Attachment: here's an example of the problem being described, a raw e-mail from hotmail

The attached file is an example of a raw hotmail message recevied that, when
replied to, results in the jumbled mess described by this bug notification, you
can see the HTML codes being used by Hotmail which, I suspect, are not being
interpreted properly by thunderbird, the included reply text is all munged
together when replying to such an e-mail
