I'm trying to get the corporate giant ChevronTexaco using bugzilla.  I'm having 
authentication issues.  For my pilot program, I must host the bugzilla server 
external to their network.  If I am inside their network, every time I click on 
a like or a button, it prompts me to reenter my user/pass.

I'm not at all savvy on installing and patching bugzilla, and am relying on 
donated time from a friend that is just learning the ins and outs of this 
program.

Is there a fix for this? Hopefully with easy to follow steps?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. login
2. try to enter new bug


Actual Results:  
Prompted to login again

Expected Results:  
processed the bug

This section of the code is pretty well-tested, so this is probably a
configuration issue.
