Cannot print popup window.  

To demonstrate the problem, go to above URL, find the link to "Figure 1" , click
on it.  There is no way that I can see to print the popped up window.  There is
no Print function in the right mouse click menu.  

MSIE has a print  item there. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.http://www.fawcette.com/vsm/2003_07/magazine/columns/desktopdeveloper/
2.find the link to "Figure 1", click on it
3.Try to print the popped up window

Actual Results:  
There is no print function available at this point. 

Expected Results:  
I think the right-mouse-click menu for the popup window should include a "print"
function

It has been decided not to implement this. You have to use ctrl + p to print.

Please read the comments in that bug, especially bug 204519, comment 83.
