When deleting or clearing items from the download manager list, the text
disappears, but a blank line item remains.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to tools, and choose download manager
2. Select one or more files
3. Click "remove from list"

Actual Results:  
Text of the line item disappears, but the item does not, and the list is not
contracted.

Expected Results:  
Both the text and the line item should disappear, and the list should contract.

Odd, I reproduced this bug half an hour ago but I wanted to pull and rebuild
because my build was 24 hours old and now the problem has gone away...

I just installed build 2004090808, and the bug is still there. The line items
are whited out, but if I clikc on each line, a description of the item is
displayed in the bottom.

Ok. Yes, the bug may be gone. This time around I just repeatedly clicked "remove
from list" until all the blank entries where gone. So, perhaps it was the
detritus that the previous version had left behind that needed to be removed?
Download manager seems to be functioning normally now.
