Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040707 Firefox/0.9.2

When opening a link in a new tab or window, the link URL isn't preserved in the
new tab/window. Therefore, if you stop loading that page or if the connection is
lost, you're out of luck if you've already closed the tab/window with the
original link and don't remember the URL - there is no way to reload the newly
opened page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open link in new tab/window.
2. Stop the loading of the new page.
3. Try to reload the new page.

Actual Results:
1. The Address bar in the new tab/window is blank.
2. Page cannot be reloaded.

Expected Results:
1. Should have preserved or saved the link URL into the address bar of the new
tab/window.
2. Should have been able to reload the new page if necessary.
