On Mac and Linux, when an 0.8 profile is migrated it does not throw the same nice warning about old extensions. On Windows, after the migration wizard is complete and right before the app starts up, users get a warning with the title "Old Extensions" and the text "Any old extensions that you have installed have been disabled". We need to provide this warning for Mac and Linux users too.
When I was testing on a Mac OS X system a month ago the dialog was displayed. If this is not fixed please reopen. Resolving -> WFM
