People might have worked around this bug by appending the emailsuffix in the
voteremovedmail parameter. I think it may be a good thing to mention in the
release notes to remove any emailsuffix in voteremovedmail.

This looks good and doesn't seem to appear elsewhere inside the file.

Not sure about the identation of the dot (no spaces around it), but that's a
nit.
