Feature request from partners@mozilla.org by "Nate":

"Can you please include a checkbox that allows me to double click a word or
phrase on a webpage and auto-copy it similar to the feature in terminal
windows that allows this? I think putty.exe lets you do this if you have
no idea what i'm talking about."

Such a feature is available for Linux when highlighting copies to clipboard and
middle click pastes. This feature goes side by side with the about:config option
of middle clicking is the same as pasting in Windows.

Reproducible: Always

This sounds like bug 160200, "clipboard.autocopy does not work" on windows (the
pref that determines whether highlighted/selected text is copied to the clipboard.)
Summary: Double click word/phase to auto copy to clipboard. → Double click word/phase to auto copy to clipboard.
