When composing in HTML mode, if you insert images and then send the mail it
prompts you whether to send in Plain, Plain/HTML, or HTML. If you send it as
Plain, the images get stripped from the email. The expected behavior would be
that the inserted images would be sent as attachments. So basically no images
are sent.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose in html mode
2. insert images
3. click send
4. when prompted on how to send, send as plain

Actual Results:
sent the email with no images

Expected Results:
sent the images as attached files
Quite right. Please vote for the dupe, this bug needs a show of user demand.
