Feeds from betanews.com are saved as BetaNews.Com files on windows platforms,
this may not be desireable.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add http://www.betanews.com/rss2
2. Check TB profile
3.

Expected Results:
It might be better to save as something non executable on windows platforms.
I tested another case related to this, if someone decides to make a rss feed
title like <title>something.msf</title>, thunderbird retrieves the first article
but drops the feed from "News and Blogs" when restarted, it is, however still
listed under Manage Subscriptions.
Confirming, but reducing severity. I can't see people trying to execute files in
their profile folders, nor someone titling a feed with .msf.
