I propose we insert a named anchor at the top (or bottom) of the page and have a link (Say Top) included in the header of each comment that jumps to it to reduce the amount of scrolling that is necessary. Keyboard shortcuts are great for keyboard lovers. However most people using a web interface expect a visual (ie link) method of accessing features as well.

Doesn't the "home" key, which jumps to the top of a page in popular browsers, already do this?
