When attempting to move people off of other bug tracking systems onto Bugzilla, I get lots of complaints about "how do I know what email address someone is using?" Telling them to enter in part of the user's name and seeing what matches causes them to respond with glee, then they tell me "how come it doesn't tell you you can do that?". The feature is way cool, but it's very hard for people to discover it. We need to make it easier (whether it's a tooltip or text next to the entry blank or whatever) for people to discover that the feature exists, when it's enabled.
