The "Page Info" window doesn't save its size when it gets maximized. The next
time it opens, it's back at the previous size.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "Page Info" and resize it
2. Maximize and close the window
3. Open "Page Info"

Actual Results:
"Page Info" opens at the size it had after Step 1.

Expected Results:
"Page Info" should open in maximized state.
The same is true for the JavaScript console and the DOM Inspector.
they weren't supposed to be resizable.

That is not a good solution, to put it politely. At their default sizes, these
windows are unusable. The first action I take when "Page Info" opens is to
maximize it, so I think that state should be saved.
Since version 40 or later, I'm experiencing the opposite: Page Info windows is always opened in the maximized state, although there is no window titlebar and I can close it only via Command-W shortcut.
