On update.mozilla.org the Extensions->All feature is the closest thing that
comes to what is desired. However, it displays (at most) 50 extensions, and the
vertical space taken up by each extension is too large. You cannot search this
for anything since not all extensions are listed and viewing each page is
tedious at best.
There needs to be an option (like Extensions->List) that would list all
extensions (for the current product) on one document, where each extension only
takes up one line. The extensions would be sorted alphabetically and their
descriptions could be contained in a tooltip when you mouse-over the extension name:
AutoFill 0.2 FireFox 0.9-0.10+ [Install] Recreation of Google's autofill
feature
BBCode 0.3.2 FireFox 0.8-0.10+ [Install] Adds BBCode/HTML/XHTML formating
to the context menu for forums like Mozillazine.
ChatZilla 0.9.64c FireFox 0.7-0.9+ [Install] A simple, straightforward
Internet Relay Chat (IRC) client.
...
Supplemental Ideas:
- To prevent from taxing the server, this list could just be updated once an hour.
- To save vertical space, the description could be limited to around 60-80
characters or removed completely and put as a tooltip when you mouse over the
extension name. I would prefer at least a short part of the description stay as
it makes searching the page content alot more helpful.
- This could also be done for themes.

You can already get a full list.. just change (or add) the &numpg=50 value to be
higher or equal to the current #... on any list. It'll stay persistant for that
session.
As for a condensed list, it's not likely to happen, with the search feature
that's coming soon, I just don't see it as a useful feature that's worth the
time to code.

At http://www.firefoxtweaks.com I found a condensed, searchable list here:
http://www.firefoxtweaks.com/go.php?id=Extensions&ext_cat=20
Thanks anyways.
