if i visit a site the favicon is shown in the adress line, but it does not
always transfer it to the bookmarks, one of those sites is for example www.heise.de

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox
2. visit www.heise.de
3. it does not transfer the favicon

The same holds for a number of other sites, e.g. Wikipedia.org. I reproduced the
bug on several different machines, one of them with a fresh copy of Windows.
