Firefox scrolling speeds up progressively (the more you scroll, the faster it
scrolls). This is not very smooth or consistant and causes problems. You should
aim to make your scrolling as good as Safari's.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any long page.
2. Start scrolling down.
3. Pay attention on the mac systems.

Actual Results:  
Scrolling speeded up and I could not easily stop where I wanted to on the page.

Expected Results:  
Not sped up the scrolling. You should make the scrolling like that in the Safari
web browser.
