If I check the "Digitally sign messages (by default)" account setting, I expect
it to take effect for replies as well as new messages. I guess it should work for
forwards too.

Steps to Reproduce:
confirming, so that it shows up on people's radar, because it would be bad, if
valid. I haven't tested it myself (no S/MIME setup handy), though. QA: Please
confirm.
