Details

When you open the non meta charset page from the link of non meta charset page, the page does not change the charset even though you change the character set menu. Steps of reproduce 1. Go to above URL 2. Change Character set menu to Japanese (Shift_JIS) 3. Click on the first link It will open the new windows to display the linked page. 4. In the new window, the page is displayed as garbag Change Character set menu to Japanese (Shift_JIS) Notice that the page is not change anything. If you try to click second, third, fourth link, you can see the same result. Tested 2000013108 Win32, Mac, and Linux Mozilla build.
