Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select a newgroup 2. Ctrl+Shift=C 3. Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Obvious
Can you look up if it's really Ctrl+Shift+C under Message->Mark->All As Read. I remember this changed some time ago. Also try a official mozilla.org, i dont know if the Debian people dont change shortcuts.
Message|Mark shows Mark All Read as Ctrl+Shift+C.
Bug 186789 is about the changeover, which originally was for all platforms. Bug 250005 is about why the changeover was revoked for Mac (and Windows). The shortcut *should* be Ctrl-shift-M, and the shortcut-label in the menu should match that.
Ctrl-Shift-M also fails to do anything.
(In reply to comment #4) > Ctrl-Shift-M also fails to do anything. Here in Thunderbird (Debian) Shift+C works. Try it out. If it does not work, try "M" instead.
