1. -moz-count-up, -moz-count-down, -moz-count-up-down.
They are unimplemented on all platforms except Mac.
I see no reason to keep them.
2. eCursor_arrow_north, eCursor_arrow_north_plus etc (8 total).
There are no corresponding CSS values and I can't find any
code that uses these values.

I have tested on gtk/gtk2/Windows XP. It also compiles on MacOSX but I haven't
seen the results yet since that machine is remote.
(In addition to the patch I will "cvs rm" the arrow_* cursor files.)
