259707 - wrong auto complete if the url typed contains slash

For example, type fype/cnet in the location bar. Then press ctrl+enter.
The auto-completed url will be www.fype/cnet.com like in IE.
It should be www.fype.com/cnet like in Opera because a domain name never 
contains a slash.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type fype/cnet in location bar.
2. Press Ctrl+Enter


Actual Results:  
The location changes to www.fype/cnet.com which is an invalid URL

Expected Results:  
The location changes to www.fype.com/cnet which is a valid URL

Mass edit: Setting correct QA for location bar/autocomplete. My bad. I forgot I had once been Autocomplete QA too. Hmm, why can't I just set the QA of bugs to the default QA of the component in a mass edit rather than having to do it manually...?
