Joseph Doer, those other bugs do not appear to be related, despite some similarity in their symptoms. Are you using IMAP or POP mail?
Summary: Junk status of Junkmail in Junkfolder loosing → Junk status getting lost on messages in Junkfolder

(In reply to comment #2) > Joseph Doer, those other bugs do not appear to be related, despite some > similarity in their symptoms. "despite"? You mean determine? OK, my misstake, Bug 259681 is not similar, but Bug 259925 sounds like the same Problem like this/my one. Junk mail looses it's status after removing it or, like I could specify in my Problem, after Junk Control got the command to remove Junk after X Days. But not only the mails wich should be removed and moved to Trash looses the Junk status. The whole folder with all Junk mail looses the status on each mail. > Are you using IMAP or POP mail? I use POP3.
I use POP3 too and when I look at mails in Junk folder, the mails don't have junk status. When TB filters some good mails and I want to tech him not to do that, how could I tell it him? The "Junk classified" mails don't have junk flag, so I cannot set them as Not Junk, cause actually they are not (?) junk. Does it work if I use right mouse button -> Mark As -> Not junk (even when there isn't indication that the mail is junk)? Or does TB think "it already isn't junk, so I don't do anything with that"? That's the question. I don't want my good mails filtered...

Possibly the same problem as bug 263866. Joseph Doer, have you used Compact Folders?
