There is a div with style="width: 483px; height: 48px;" (search with dom inspector for attr: style and value: width: 483px; height: 48px;). Removing that height:48px; will solve this bug. There is a difference with how IE handles overflowing text and how Mozilla does that (Mozilla is doing it correct).
