Moving the mouse over the menu at the top of the page will trigger text to be
shown below. This works fine on IE and Safari but in Mozilla the flash movie
jumps very quickly and then is shown in the correct place.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hover over the menu

Actual Results:  
Flash movie jumps up then redraws in correct place

Expected Results:  
Flash movie should stay in place

This also occurs with iframes as shown on this url:

Hover over the colors in the top right and the same thing happens

This bug was fixed by the checkin for bug 238493.
