Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/125.4.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/125.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10 Downloaded Firefox and started it (first installation of any Mozilla variant on this machine). Slow startup, much disk thrashing. Didn't like the disk thrashing so quit Firefox and carried on using Safari (which had been running the whole time). Safari forms autofill no longer works; it also stops remembering my chosen download directory. Some part of Safari's history cache overwritten by Firefox ??? Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: Have no effect on other running applications Environment: 1 GHz 12" Powerbook, 768 MB RAM, OS X 10.3.4. Running Safari 1.2.3 (v125.9) and Firefox 1.0 preview.
Is this still an issue with latest Firefox release?
