UI: Sent folder's context menu should not display "Rename Folder"

Build 2000012812M14: NT4, Linux 6.0
Overview: Select the Sent folder, right click for the context menu and notice
that "Rename Folder" is an option.
Expected Results: The "Rename Folder" option should be removed to match the
spec: http://gooey/client/5.0/specs/mail/messenger/MailMenus.html#Context.
Additional Question:
- If "Rename" is not available in the context menu then shouldn't it be disabled
when going through the menu item as well? Should I open a seperate bug for this
issue?
