25992 - Problem when Create New Profile dialog launches 2nd time.

Using 2000-01-31-11 m14 commercial builds, NT 4.0 and Mac OS 8.5.1
Using 2000-01-31-14 m14 commercial build, linux rh 6.0

The create new profile dialog has major problems when launched a 2nd time within
one profile manager session.

Steps:

1.  Launch mozilla -ProfileManager
2.  In profile manager dialog, click New Profile.  Follow through the Create New
Profile screens, type a profile name, confirm Finish.
3.  Back at profile manager, click New Profile again.

Result:  Major dialog weirdness on all platforms:
         NT :     dialog is very wide, but can scroll and use.
         Mac:     dialog is very wide, nothing displays within, cannot use
         linux:   profile manager exits abruptly, no crash info
