After doing a bug search the results are displayed in a huge page and when you
go to the end of the page and click on a bug to look at the details and then
click Back button you will be taken to the top of the page rather than to the
end of the page where you clicked.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the attached URL
2. Wait for the page to load completely and go to the end of the page
3. Click on any bug ID to look at the details
4. From the bug details page click on browser back button.

Actual Results:
You go to the top of the results page.

Expected Results:
Instead it should go to the end of the page showing the ID on which you clicked.

This works fine in IE6.0.2800 on Windows XP
