Updating to Firefox 1.0 Preview Release, entering a subject in the search field
and hitting search, such as television in Google, only brings me to Google's
home page, where I must type in television again.
With Firefox 0.93, this would result in a Google search.
Additionally, while I still have icons for dictionary.com and imdb.com, clicking
on each of them still brings me to Google's home page.
This did not happen with Firefox 0.93.
Help!
Note: since I am a novice, a fix in plain English would be very much appreciated.

Unable to reproduce b typing then hitting enter; what do you mean by "hitting
search?" Is there a button I'm not seeing? Try updating your browser, see if you
still have problems.

Try with 1.0.x and without any extensions. Works fine for me.
