bug 28998 implemented WPAD support (Web Proxy Auto-Detect) in Firefox &
Seamonkey). But it's not in Thunderbird yet. I guess it's just a matter of
specify it in the GUI ?
At University we have wireless connection through a proxy, which is configured
using a web addres. It works perfectly with Firefox, but not in Thunderbird
Works for me with Thunderbird version 1.0+ (20050831)
