Firefox is refusing to install extensions from update.mozilla.org, even though
it's in the allowed sites list.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click "Get more extensions" in the extensions dialogue box
(takes you to
https://update.mozilla.org/extensions/?application={ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384})
2. Find an extension and click Install Now
Actual Results:  
Brought up a message at the top of the window saying:
"To protect your computer, Firefox has prevented this site (update.mozilla.org)
from installing software on your computer."

Expected Results:  
Downloaded and installed the extension

Removing the default update.mozilla.org entry and re-adding it has no effect.
