When you empty the Trash there is no confirmation that you really wanted to do
this. This scares me. Most Trash interfaces I'm used to confirm this before
doing it. Ideally this would be the default behavior which the user could elect
to turn off.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on Trash icon
2. Select Empy Trash
3.

Actual Results:  
Trash was emptied.

Expected Results:  
TB should pop up a confirmation window first.
