How do you start both programs, using LIBPATHSTRICT and Steve's Warpzilla tips, or without? What happens without ipluginw?
(In reply to comment #1) > How do you start both programs, using LIBPATHSTRICT and Steve's Warpzilla tips, > or without? What happens without ipluginw? No, I don't use LIBPATHSTRICT because I think FF 1.0pr and TB 0.8 are built from the same source tree. I removed ipluginw and tested again. It works correctly now.
Did you load IPLUGINW for both firefox and thunderbird?
No. I tried this. It still got trap.
So it sounds like an ipluginw incompatibility which is not really a Mozilla issue, it's an Innotek issue.
There is a new ipluginw available now from Innotek that you could try.
Reporter, do you still get this with the newest Thunderbird (version 1.0) and Firefox (1.0, updated 20041207)?
No update from reporter.
