I have telephoned Mozdev Group, Inc. at the telephone number in Hilton Head Island, SC USA (listed on the site) to report this immediately. The person on the other end of the line was somewhat rude as I tried to explain the situation, but I think he received the message. Hopefully this will get fixed very soon!
Summary: Mozdev.org pirated at 2AM ET → Mozdev.org appears to be hijacked
Changing product to "mozilla.org", as this is an issue with a mozilla-related web site/server.
Component: General → Server Operations
Product: Marketing → mozilla.org
Version: unspecified → other
September 19th is "Talk Like a Pirate Day", looks like mozdev redecorated in honor of the occasion. In any case mozdev is a separate organization with its own bug database, report problems there not here. If true this wouldn't need to be confidential, the hacked site would be obvious to anyone stopping by so hiding the bug doesn't protect anything. We use the confidential flag to buy us time to fix security holes that people don't otherwise know about.

Arrr. Ye scurvy dogs got me. Who knew.
Also, mozdev isn't a mozilla.org site. It is completely independent and neither the site content nor the site infrastructure is managed by mozilla.org.
Yes, Daniel and Asa, I am fully aware that mozdev is independent of mozilla. That is why I stated it was mozilla "related". My only reason for reporting anyway was because mozdev is listed as a "trusted site" in pref xpinstall.whitelist.add in default moz installs and users install software from this site regularly. Geez, ye can stop beating up on me, mates.
