If I have an external CSS file with an a:hover definition, then link it to a
HTML file (using Dreamweaver MX 04) and open it in Firefox, the changes do not
affect the appearance of the page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a CSS file with a definition for a:hover.
2.Link it to a HTML page.
3.Open it in Firefox.
Actual Results:
No change in appearance.
Expected Results:
Changed the appearance of the link when the mouse hovers over it.

WFM on untold number of web pages.
You need to provide a URL or testcase that demonstrates it not working.
