Details

1) In the forms for entering a new mail account, the arrow-keys are not active
and can't be used.

2) While filling in the account information, the browser coul not be used, was
inactive.

3) Why is it so slow comparable to Netscape 4.7?
I recently figured out what to do here... just add <keyset id="keyset/> to all
my XUL. I'll be checking in today.

1. Verified Fixed. The arrow keys are working now (specifics in bug# 23246 and 
27614)
2. The issue of being unable to use the browser with the Account Setup dialog 
open is a problem on Linux and Mac. NT4 is working without a problem. I can't 
find a bug specific to this, should I log a new one?
this bug was filed on linux, so I'm guessing that it was against linux, which we 
have a bug for
